It's mind-boggling that this place has been in operation for 30 years and the treatment my girlfriend received. Her laptop was functioning perfectly just before she dropped it off. The only issue was the broken charging port, which was why she brought it in for repair. She even shut it down properly before leaving, and we were both in the middle of a project on Canva, so there were absolutely no issues with it. Then out of nowhere, she gets a call claiming the hardware is busted?

SHEA took out my iMac and somehow managed to put a 5" crack in the glass monitor. He tried to say it was there when he opened the box, but it was not. He covered his trail by phoning to warn me about the crack. THERE WAS NO CRACK WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. Yet I was still charged full price for a new hard drive! (Of course I have no proof that it didn't crack itself inside the styrofoam box, but of course it did not.)

Just had my Laptop fixed, & it has never this well, even from new. Good & prompt service.
