No care in the details. Did not own up to making a mistake on a tax return. I had to take time out of my day and go down to the office to prove that there was indeed an error on the tax returns. T1 adjustments that should have done immediately was left for over a week with a time sensitive situation. Overall, disappointed with the level of service and ownership of the situation.
