    Waterman is unprofessional, immature, has no work ethic, or pride in his craft. He miscalculates the amount and cost of materials, doesn't bring the right tools for the job, and he didn’t have a valid proof of a BC driver's license. Work-site safety is of no concern to him. He leaves nails, ripped up plywood, and his tools all over the work site. He took off before our deck was even half finished but he had received all his payments. The pics below are examples of the few boards he did install.

    WORK REPORT ON MY SUITE RENOVATION I am happy to report on the work done recently to my rental suite by Waterman Construction. David Waterman familiarized himself with this partly below grade suite in my 104 year old house near the Saanich boarder recently, and we decided that the kitchen and bathroom were both overdue to be renovated, and the house was worth the up-grading. I recommend WC as a hard-working and thoughtful company, since i have had a very satisfactory experience with them.

    Dave Waterman stepped in to help us with the renovation of a laundry/bathroom. His knowledge of what was required in all the trades, his enthusiasm, and his honest assessment of the costs involved made us feel we were in good hands ... and we were! He did a great job, and we would definitely ask him to tackle future projects in our home.
