Salish Sea agreed on Nov 15 2016 to fix our house’s geothermal heat system – but as of Dec 12 2017, we still have no heat and Mr. Beck hasn’t responded to repeated emails or phone messages since Dec 15 2016. On Oct 25 2017, in desperation I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, but they just told me that Mr. Beck didn’t reply to them either. If Salish Sea can't fix our system, I just want them to tell me so I can do whatever I need to do to get heat in the house again.
