Nov 4, 2018 Bad experience. Took my 12 pound Bichon in to find a pet carrier. She is 16 and has heart and kidney failure. She had an accident and dropped 3 very small bits of poop on the floor. The clerk in a very brisque tone said “take your dog out of the store sir.” I tried to apologise and clean it up but the clerk interrupted and repeated in the same tone “ take your dog out of the store, Sir”. I took my dog and myself out of the store never to return.

Over priced dog food ! Arrogant workers and owner. Don't but there. Spend your money somewhere else ! You can get the same items in any other pet store for way below their high prices!!!

Awesome Pet Store

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Easily accessible and located across the parking lot from London Drugs in the Westbank area. If they dont have a product they will either get it in for you or recommend a store that might be able to help you.
