After being told ...

After being told by hydro that i needed a possible combustion air system installed i called Westside and was told that they would be out to look at it but he recommended that instead of combustion air i should get a new high efficiency furnace and new electric water tank. All this without even looking at what we have or even asking about our system. We had 2 weeks to do it and they told us they would be out on the thursday. They then called back and told me they wouldnt be able to make it till the Monday. i said ok as i still had some time. Then on Friday they called and said they didnt service the Carberry area anymore and wouldnt be coming at all. Poor poor customer service and it seems all they want to do is sell you a new system.
