Loyal Taxi

The only cab company in Fredericton that I can afford for the 10-minute ride to work. The drivers are fine & usually friendly, & cabs usually show up in about 15 minutes. Usually. Unfortunately, about 40%-50% of the time, the phone goes unanswered for 20-to-45 minutes, and then you can often be left waiting for 30-to-60 minutes for the cab to arrive. That's a problem when I'm trying to get to work. And since the company has changed ownership, the cars can be quite dirty inside.

Every time I call for a cab, the dispatcher never answers the phone! How can they stay in business when they never answer the phone? If I ever get an answer, the Dispatcher is in a rush to get information. I am disabled and need a car, not an SUV, but he hangs up so never hears!

Not reliable. I waited an hour, when I called and finally go through to the dispatcher (and that was very difficult) he said the cab was on its way. A lie. It was still another 35 minutes.

The taxi service is ok

If u can get one to show up there not bad..but everytime I have to call these guys, which is already a last resort I get screwed over and Im typically late...if you call the dispatch its almost as if he hears this often and hangs up quick..pathetic service and they need to speed up..shouldnt take 40 minutes for a cab....late for school.

Anyone who takes any taxi should realize how the business works. I use Loyal Taxi all the time. It took me a while to adjust when expectations didn’t meet reality, and now I understand how it goes, I have ZERO issues with them. Book taxi the day you’re using it. Dispatch is not there for chatting. You pester them, they won’t answer your calls. If you are late, they can leave. If they don’t show up, you don’t own them, get over it! They do their best, be civil!

Called a Loyal cab today and I waited and waiting but no one came. I called them 5 times trying to see if one was still coming and no one answered. Thankfully someone I knew offered me a drive (I was late for work at this point). I tried one last time to get a hold of Loyal to make sure a cab didn't arrive last minute and wait for me. I told them it took too long unfortunately so I accepted a drive from a friend and they hung up on me! I won't be calling them again.

Should be unloyal!!! Booked a cab for the 31st, booked on the 22nd. Called the 31st to confirm the reservation they did not have it!!!! And refused to re-book it!!! So now, my girlfriend will be starnded downtown while I pack up the kids to get her at the wedding at 2 am!!! DO NOT COUNT ON THESE GUYS!!!

I called them and they said they will be 10-12 mins. I went up in 10 mins and flagged the car to wait, as I'm disabled. And he drove off. Stumbling out the door, they continue to drive off... When I call. They said they waited 4 mins and will send a diner an cab in 10 mins. 20 mins later I got a cab. Terrible customer service. And nothing is done. Would not recommend cab to people

Loyal Taxi has the worst and most terrible customer service....esp with a the guy that picks up the call....He is terrible,abuses clients and not friendly....hang up on client without taking the location....he is worst.. Pls dont book loyal taxi

Called and waited an hour after they said 15 mins, will never call again. Called back 10 times and no answer

Called taxi today...

Called taxi today waited 45 minutes and no taxi called back to find out where they were and there was no answer. I tried calling 6X and still no answer. I will not take this company again.
