Irving Residential Customer Service

3 weeks of no response for request to a equipment service. Many phone calls made to Irving and still no appointment set up from Mathew Propane contractor. Should this be your speed of paid service?

I needed a new propane tank and it was first scheduled 4 weeks away. then cancelled because they had no delivery truck available, so then they wanted to add me to the bottom of the list again. Only through contacting the VP of Irving could I speed up delivery. It seems as though Irving just does not have enough staff to handle the business.

After TWO hours o...

After TWO hours on the phone with Irving this morning ... the earliest time they could come and service my tank was 3 weeks away!! THEN then I could order propane (which would take probably another 3 weeks). NO THANK YOU!
