This cab company is not reliable. It said it would come pick us up within 20 minutes and it never did. When we called back- no answer. Very disappointed. We tried calling 10-20 times. Awful customer service
Excellent customer service, the drivers are always on time for my bookings with the company and very polite and helpful. They have definitely improved their quality of service since the change in ownership and I will not be using any other company than this. 5 stars, without a doubt! Thanks Valley Taxi for such a great experience with you! :)
Amazing company!!! New owners really picked this company up from the gutters!!! Excellent service, amazing drivers (they always help with groceries, luggage etc..) haven't had a taxi that was late since the new owners took over ? Always early or on time :)
