I have an LG stove and the control panel for the oven stopped working. I called A&A with the model number and was told over the phone that they were no longer able to get the control panel I required. The lady I spoke with then proceeded to say that she could send out a technician to confirm. She did not explain there would be a $100 dollar fee for the technician to come to my home just to say what I was already told.
Poor Customer Service Do Not Use !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Called in to this company numerous times and always had good service. We have even been referring our customers onto this company. We had asked to have them order us a part and the technician said no problem. 1 week later the guy says he has not ordered the part as he would not be the one putting it in. Charlie was rude on the phone and was willing to turn down lots of referrals as I own a major plumbing company in town. I find the nature of this business is not doing customers a good service an
Not happy at all. Bought a piece for my oven and it still didn't work. When I called to return it at first they were reluctant to take it back. When I did take it back I was then informed I would have been charged $58 for a service call anyway. It's almost like it was an afterthought, like they still somehow wanted to make money off me. I was never informed there was a charge for the service call, either when he arrived or by phone. He was here for 3 minutes! Just long enough to look at it and tell us which part needed fixing and that we may want to just buy a new one. So I got $33 back for my part but it came off the $58 plus tax so I ended up spending $30 anyway!
