Horrible Service waiting for delivery more than 9 days leaving us in cold for the Holidays . Regret the minute we sign up with this company. Heard any excuses from the customer service for not delivering on time . Plus customer service reps are not very polite they speak to us as if we owe them something.
On auto delivery every 3 months, but ran out of propane after 5 months. Called on Mon., was told the end of the week. I complained so they called back & said tomorrow. 2 days later & nothing. Called again & was told some nonsense about a software update in April. Told it would be a few more days! Meanwhile I am cold, but they give priority to customers who use it to cook. Said I had to wait for a truck to be in my area. I am only in C.B.S. - 15 mintues from their depot! Very poor service!
They charged the a lot more than they filled for the propane. When it is on-call, it took them over two months to fill with many calls. Very bad service, their only interest is MONEY.
Two months ago a service technician serviced my fireplace. Today I notice a large black soot stain on the glass and it looked like the logs were burnt. Fearful of a fire, I contacted head office. I was told a service guy would get back to me. After an hour passed and no call, I called again and was told that a service guy would not be calling me as it was after hours. I called at 1:30 pm on Dec. 29, 2017. Upon inquiry as to what to do, I was told to turn off the fireplace, but the pilot ligh
