Saigon Nails & Spa

Unfortunately very disappointed and will not be returning. A shellac mani took 1hr 40mins, the nail polish was watered down and after 3 coats barely covered the nail, not to mention didn't match the bottle. Nail shape sadly isn't even either. After 2 rounds of top coat, my nails were SO sticky. They did 2 rounds of wiping them with acetone, and still sticky. No cuticle oil or massage to finish it off either. Very friendly staff, but the quality is not there.

Amazing Birthday Present !

For my 13th birthday, my mom took me here. It was my first ever trip to a salon, and i will DEFINITELY be coming back. As soon as we walked in, the lady came up to us and asked me to pick a color for my hands and feet. There was no wait, as soon as I was done, I went straight into a chair to soak my feet. There was a built in massage in the chair, and jets in the bowl that immediately helped me relax. After a few minutes, a lady came over and gave me my pedicure. She was great, and soon, I had toe separators and 10 perfectly painted tootsies. She then led me to another chair, where I got a wonderful manicure. After letting them dry for a bit, she led me to a separate little room with a soft bed for me to lye down on while I got my eyebrows waxed for the first time. She could tell I was nervous, and explained everything she was going to do, and talked to me the entire time. It was great and my eyebrows are gorgeous. Overall, this place is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, and I would definitely recommend it to all of you!

Superb location on baker Drive. Four state of the art pedicure chairs with massage features. Exceptionally clean facility with very polite staff . Relaxing experience and very reasonable prices.

Saigon Nails- Great Service-Great Price

I love this place! It is so pleasant, professional and relaxing. Their customer service is the best. The lady created fantasy designs (I believe her name's Heu). Yesterday, my kids had a great time there; it really is a beautiful, clean, and relaxing nails spa, it really felt like they were there for us and truly wanted us to feel content and taken care of. Now, EVERY time I visit Nova Scotia, I attempt to go visit Saigon Nails. I will miss you all !

AWFUL!

Wouldn't honor my Dealfind voucher because I didn't book an appt. Even though they took me in right away because it's NEVER busy there. First she stalled, asking when I first got the voucher (because she was hoping she could use the 6 month expiration as her excuse for charging me). Upon finding out that it was within the 6 month expiration, she asked if I booked an appt and then said she would have to charge me because I didn't. She ended up charging me MORE for the one eyebrow wax than I paid for the Dealfind voucher for FIVE eyebrow waxes. And she was BEYOND rude about it as well. I asked if she could let it go this once and I would be sure to book an appt next time but she wouldn't budge. I paid for the eyebrow wax but I WON'T be back!
