Waves Seafood & Grill invites you to their dining room. They are open at night all week and are easily reachable by bicycle but also by public transit. They are in a vibrant surrounding recognized for its nightlife.
I am from Truro.. Best meal we have had in quite awhile, food was hot,service was excellent and the food was excellent!! Best gravy... Fish was awesome and the burger was done to perfection!! Plan on driving down in the fall and going there again!! Awesome job TEAM WAVE!!!
My family and I have been eating at Waves for over 20 years and have spent hundreds of dollars there, but no longer. They have become incredibly stingy and not very friendly. We ordered 3 pieces of fish, 2 potato skins, 2 large coleslaw, with a bill over $40, we were told that we were not allowed to have tartar sauce with our fish. What??? You only get tartar sauce if you buy fish and chips, even though the fish and potato skins is a more expensive than just fish and chips.
thank you for the review, we had that policy because we did not feel right charging everyone when only a small percentage actually wanted the t/s so we have changed it and it is now included in the price. Let's hope the car dealers don't start charging everyone for all the options even if we just want the basic model....

Best mussels I ever had
This is a casual restaurant and ambience is low key. However, repeatedly the mussels are the best I ever had. They are better than Prince Edward Island's even. I also enjoy the Fish and Chips here. Sometimes there might be a special like a Haddock Casserole or lobster sandwich. I hope to visit here again. They have beer and moderate-priced wine too.
Their service is prompt and friendly, they have a great medium dining room that allows the staff to be the best they can be, its easy to get around in the restaurant, not cramped together, and their food is GREAT!!

We have been at this restaurant a few times since moving to Bridgewater in April/07 and find it to be clean, with friendly staff providing good service. The food is prepared and served very well and pricing is reasonable.
