Terrible Tim Hortons - always get the order wrong, was told ice capps weren’t working yet they gave one to my brother in the drive-thru behind me.... service just makes no sense.
only reason they are getting 1 star is because there is nothing lower- they are the worst.... you go in the morning no one else in the drive thru but you still wait 5-7 mns for a coffee- and they never get it right- always training new people at that time. they need to step it up- ridiculous!!!
Every time I go, they always either double charge me, or forget something and when I try to point it out to them, they act like I'm trying to scam them. Never going back again
