My experience with the service desk and staff of the automotive service centre has been nothing less than outstanding. The Automotive manager and her team were amazing!

I ordered a Hedge Trimmer from the Orangeville store about two weeks ago and received a rain check. I called today and was told that they had one item in stock but would not set it aside for me because they were keeping it for on-line purchases. I live about 30kms from the store. They said Alliston Store had five in stock. By far the most incompetent Canadian Tire Store. Under staffed , the few staff that are available are clueless and miserable. If you have nothing to do for 3 hours go wait at the parts counter.
