I called when I got my new policy to find out why it went up. I was told by my assigned broker that she would get back to me. Had to call back a week later and left a message. Still no return call. Left one more message and gave up. Tried to switch brokers and found out I can’t switch mid term (according to the law) or I would be gone. Called 11 days ago to get a quote on adding my son to my policy and I still haven’t got a return email or phone call. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.
