A HUGE thank you for helping my son and I out of a snow bank after a minor collision in the snow storm. I was preparing for a long wait in the car with my 5 year old son after getting scared off the road by a truck losing control coming at us. You guys made a terrifying night into a relieving night. I can never thank you enough.

I was in a jam with a flat tire, 1 in the morning. A couple other tow companies gave me quotes of 3 hours or more to help me out. JJ's had a guy to me in 15 minutes and he was an absolute champion getting me where I needed to go. 5 stars, would need roadside assistance again.

Huge storm last night. Blew my tire, terrifying. CAA was going to take 3 hrs to get to Aliston. Dylan from JJ Towing & Recovery from Angus was there to change my tire and tell me the safest way home to Toronto within 30 minutes!! Thanks JJ Towing & rock star Dylan!!

This company is the best one I have dealt with, they are amazing people. They are an amazing company. They have helped me throughout my accident from the time they got there when it happened till the time my car left their compound. They charged by the rate that they are topped at for their township and this dont charge a penny more! I would recommend them to anyone that asks! very caring and wonderful people.

My experience with company was completely horrible. I found the customer service disgusting & the price ridiculous. I was not given a quote before my vehicle was towed (a total of 5km) & had to pay $350 before tax. I was then charged an additional $60/day for storage & although my car was only there from 6pm Fri to 9am Sat (15hrs total) I was charged for 2 days. They threatened to hold my car hostage over the weekend when I asked for a price breakdown. I would give 0 stars if possible.
