Eagle's Nest Laundromat

Very rude owner! Arrived at 5pm on a Sunday knowing that by the advertised closing of 6pm, I would have time to wash and mostly dry my clothes in an hour. At 535pm went to put my clothes in the dryer and was told nothing allowed in washer or dryer after 530pm. Why advertise a 6pm closing if you’re not allowed to use the machines after 530pm?? Change your hours to reflect your service and perhaps be a lot more pleasant to your future patrons! I definitely will not be back.

Very rude staff, overpriced, and terrible hours. One of the worst costumer service experiences I’ve ever had! Staff was very disrespectful as they told me to leave almost an hour before closing and began to verbally harass me as I folded my clothes as she wanted to head home early. Made me very uncomfortable AND she was not following social distancing rules!! Will not return.

Rude staff. Drove 20 minutes home to get more coin for their 10min/$ dryer (what planet is that price from?). Arrived at 528 with my clothes half dry and was informed since they could have been dry I had to leave 32 mins in advance of closing. Dont open a business if you dont like serving.

Great place. Owner is wonderful. Have been using this service for almost three years now and have never had an issue. They just upgraded to new dryers and they are fantastic. The worst part about going there is the entitled city people... who do leave their machines for a really long time unattended while others wait.... and complain about the price... and closing time and that she doesn’t have an ATM or take debit/credit... they must have expected the Ritz lol

Over priced. Rude customer service. Policy is you must start wash or dry an hour before closing. Owner wouldnlet me put extra money in dryer even though there was 20 minutes left until closing and I had started my drying at 6:00 so I needed only a few more minutes to completely dry my clothing. She said I was disrespectful because I left my clothes to wash and dry and didnt tell her where I was going.... excuse me??? I came back on time and switched everything around in a timely manner.

Great place to do ur laundry, seems a little expensive but with the price of water n sewage in this town who could blame them!! Owner is very friendly n talkative, making it a pleasant chore to do!! Thanku Eagles Nest Laundromat?
