Birthday treat turned disaster

Hair cut and colour - Haircut was too short at the back and uneven. Felt like he was cutting to save him more blowdrying. Dark colour stain was left around my hairline. There were 4 opportunities to remove it but I was allowed to walk out the salon. It wasn't until I got half way home that I noticed. I wasn't shown the back of the finished style. After I called to complain I was offered a free treatment and blowdry. I will not be going back even for that.
