Horrible, horrible customer service. The entire experience was sketchy. Christina advised of us of their hours and that they were open until 4pm if we were able to return the truck. We returned the truck at 3pm and nobody was there and nobody answered the phone when we called. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The lady Christina we were dealing with seemed very rude and unprofessional. When I told her we returned the truck and nobody was there she told me she had to leave because she was sick. It took us 2 days to get our hold back from our credit card when she clearly could have told us it takes 2 days. Never again.
When we think of dependability, 546 Bryne Dr Location immediately comes to mind. This location reliability is unsurpassed by other Uhaul Locations. They are very friendly, honest and helpful.
