Not Happy!

Same owner as T&T Mechanics. I always asked them to watch for problems. Yet they failed to notice on numerous occasions an alignment problem which ruined 2 sets of tires (winter/summer). I wrote and complained - they ignored numerous letters and when they finally replied they basically said it wasn't their problem. No effort at all to offer anything to make things right. I don't feel my business was valued.
