Our dog is a rescue from a very bad situation. She is very afraid of new people and new situations. Elena is so patient and calm and has always been so good with her, we feel very comfortable leaving our pup there to be groomed. Elena does a great job and also always accommodates us, even fitting us in last minute if needed.

I have brought both of my dogs to Elena for many years. She us a very caring person, loves dogs and does a terrific job in grooming my present dog and my previous dog. She is very accommodating regarding what I want done and arranging suitable times for appointments. With our last dog, when she was in her last year and very sensitive, Elena was extremely patient with her and compassionate. I could not have asked for a better groomer.
Very professional, talented groomer! I've been taking my 2 dogs there for over 4 years, I always liked it, my puppies are so happy to see her , they enjoy the grooming session so much that they don't want to leave the shop. She is very nice lady with a lot of patience. Thanks, great job!!!
I took my dog after my old groomer moved I have watched her get groomed before and she usually is relaxed and lays down. I come back a bit early to pick her up and she was crying and trying to bite the lady. I went over and actually had to grab her off the table before the lady finished because she wouldn't stop crying. She didn't even offer anything all she could say was it's 60 bucks. So I left with a more expensive bill then anywhere I have been before and my dog didn't even get half a haircut.
