I purchased approx. $6,000 of Berber carpet for this company because I was selling my home. About 2 weeks later when my wife was vacuuming & a piece of Berber ran at the joint and came up.
I called the owners son, as this was a installation problem, but he said they couldn't come for a few weeks and wouldn't give any date when they could come to fix it.
