Painful store layout!!!! Needed a few things to change a pickup truck battery. Found the terminal ends by the tires section. Found the battery post cleaner spray and terminal pry tool in the automotive lighting isle. Wire brushes were in the paint department. Wd40 is in the Rv- trailer hitch section. Never did find the electrical heat shrink. All these items used to be in one simple section. Utterly painful!

The fact is that I had to deal with 5 different associates, which took up more of my time than planned; I felt the Supervisor did not take my issue seriously did not care to provide a viable option to keep me, the customer happy, and have that transaction go through for the company. I have been in Customer Service field for the last 30 years and I would have never dealt with my customers anywhere close to how this “Store Manager” chose to deal with me. Perhaps he was having a bad day

The staff there is horrible. My friend and I went in to get our skates sharpened. And they absolutely ruined the skates. Had to get it sharpened from another location. And they still aren't perfect because the staff at this location ruined it! Never get your skates sharpened at this location!
