Their for lunch 1 p.m. Oct.13/2012 They have a soup and salad bar Soup was cold roast beef, green peppers abd onions on a bun with large size fries. Beef very lean razror thin bun stale. Small group of old guys sitting around. he place very dingy needs reno. Hangout for trades men.
I have the soup and salad bar at Spot 1 at least 3 times per week and its always awesome and very consistent. I also love their wings and ribs. recently i took in a friday night rock concert that was tons of fun and its the only place in town that has great shows every friday night. For $6.99 i thought it was a great deal for the soup and salad as the soup is always home made and theres a good choice of fresh salad items.The servers are always very nice at spot 1 and Lavina who works the lunch shift is excellent.
It was actually too much food to eat. 3 Porkchops, tons of veggies and a huge portion of potatoes. The best part was the band. I have seen a Springsteen band, Neil Young tribute and AC/DC look a likes and trust me, the sound and atmosphere was among the best I have ever witnessed in a live setting.

checked out their new music set up on fridays.
The band was an AC-DC tribute and the sound was
amazing. The place was packed. I had a bbq steak dinner that was reasonably priced and my wife had perogies with a salad on the side. We loved the food, staff, and atmosphere and will surely be back.
One of the best bars in Brampton. A number of large T.V.'s, NTN Trivia, Golden Tee Golf, etc. The salad bar at lunch every day is terrific ~ two types of soup, two large bowls of salad (romaine in one, head lettuce in other) and a variety of interesting accoutrements! Betty the bartender is unrivalled for friendliness and service, and the "regulars" at the bar don't bite either! Super chicken wings and two sizes to choose from. Do yourself a favour and drop in ~ don't tell Tony, but this place is a bargain at twice the price!
