I've been taking my bikes here for a few years now. Last year (end of 2023), I ordered a new 2024 GoldWing DCT and just recently took delivery. The entire sales and service team was helpful, supportive and professional during the experience. I am a happy customer and look forward to many more years of getting my bikes serviced at this location.

Long time customer. My bike is now “too old” for a tune up and not worth their time. Go elsewhere!!

    Great Kawasaki Service

I brought my 2004 Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 Mean Streak into Burlington Cycle for servicing and was very pleased with their service department. They were very affordable and trustworthy. I feel very confident with their knowledge of my bike and the motorcycle industry. My bike was done on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Burlington Cycle.

    Customer friendly

Last weekend, I started the job of replacing the brakepads on the front wheel of my 27 year old goldwing. I went to Burlington Cycle for brakepads and was pleasantly surprised to not only find that they had them in stock, but they only cost $25 a pair. Bought them, brought them home, and promptly spilled brake fluid on one of them. It soaked it up like a sponge. For 25 bucks, I decided to be safe and toss them. I went back to Burlington Cycle to pick up another pair, only to find that they are closed on Mondays. So I went to another Honda dealer on Main St. west in Hamilton. They wanted $40 for the same item, but I decided to buy them anyway and get the job done. Before letting me pay for them, the young guy at the parts counter went to his computer and asked me for my phone number. I told him he couldn't have it, that I only have a cell phone and I don't give that number out to businesses. He insisted. I told him to make one up, put it in his data base and let me pay for the pads. Baffled, he went to find his boss. A woman came out and lectured me that they must have my phone number in case the manufacturer decides to recall the brake pads. I told her that if she wouldn't sell me the pads unless I reveal my personal information, then I would have to spend my money elsewhere. She still insisted. I politely said "Great, thanks anyway", then turned around and left. I went back to Burlington Cycle today. The guy remembered me. I handed him the empty brake pad package and asked if they have any more. He went and got them, then he asked why I needed them. I explained about the brake fluid spill. He smiled and gave me a 20% discount on the new pads, just because "he felt sorry for me." There was never any hint that he had to have my information. I'm going to be in the market for a new bike soon, and this little incident is going to be in the front of my mind when I decide where to go to buy one. Thanks guys.

Horrible Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki dealership worst

Horrible dealership, do not go there. Paid $1000 to change a tire, replace spark-plugs, cheap mirrors, remove a bracket wrap some tape on the pipe and do a tune-up. At Burlington Cycle you are just another invoice number. They said they would wash my bike they didn't, they almost kept the spare tire and mirrors they replaced, I had to ask for the parts back, when I paid no one said thank you, it was like being on an assembly line, just a bunch of robots behind the counter. I should have known better than to go to a dealer. I was pretty blown away by the unfriendly service, when I dropped the bike off it was almost impossible to get anyone to take my bike in. It was overall the worst repair and tune-up experience I ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away there are so many other better choices out there. DO NOT GO TO BURLINGTON-CYCLE.
