    Great experience with the staff. Wonderful selection of products oh, and the owner is very knowledgeable. I would recommend this Decor store over one of the big box stores any day

    Great customer service , Been dealing with this store now for over 10 years and never had a issue. great staff and very knowledgeable. Much better quality and better prices than a big box store.

    I am sorry that you feel that way. We strive to provide a high standard of customer service to our customers. I can only assume that you were the recent customer who caused a scene in my store & demanded to be served before another customer who I was already helping. You were rude & totally out of line with your actions. You behaved as if you were more important than the other customers, rude & were asked to leave because your actions were inappropriate.
