Business Mgmt Sprt

After 2 attempts at doing my business taxes they couldn't seem to figure it out correctly and refused to correct it the way that CRA advised. I wasn't trying to pay less taxes, on the contrary doing it right would have cost me more in taxes! When they gave me back my paperwork to take it elsewhere, they didn't give me back my T4s and RRSP official receipts. They claimed I never gave them to them. How did they get the correct EI, CPP etc amounts without them! Duh! Of course I included them!
