They're okay, until they don't know how to fix something; then they just don't return your calls. We have a Samsung fridge that has been giving us problems. Earl E. Austin's came out three times and did different fixes. None were permanent. Now they won't return our calls. That's no service at all.
I had two appliances to be serviced. They came to wallaceburg to check both of them out, they came quickly. Found the issue with both appliances and fixed the problems. They ended up saving me a lot of money as I was going to make an unnecessary expensive fix before they found the actual problem. Very friendly technicians and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone.
