We used this company's bin service we were pleased with the price..the delivery of bin on scheduled day..very pleasant driver.they put wood under bin to not damage my driveway.bin was picked up on scheduled day..great service great company I have recommended them to friends.
Terrible administration, they made so much confusion with my credit cards, demanding drivers, Not on time, they change what ever they want.
They were fast and reliable. Great service and great price. Drivers and office people are very courteous.
Do not hire this company, very unreliable! Requested a bin 2 days in advance and took my credit card info on the spot. The bin did not show up on time and 6 hrs delayed. As a business every minute is a lost revenue, and being late for 7 hrs cost hundreds of dollars lost revenue. They don’t even care about their customer, just a advice do not hire this company, especially for your business needs!!!
This company prides itself on being a family owned and operated business providing quality service while maximizing your convenience. Trust me, this is not the case if they damage your property. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company. They are an embarrassment having “Canadian” in their name. The only thing we received from them in their name is “WASTE”. As in “WASTE” of time.
Horrible service ! Took our $$ right away then were 3 days late dropping off bin. They were then 2 days late picking it up. To top it off they didn’t even know who dropped it off to us because they sub contract. Horrible experience GO SOMEWHERE ELSE there are too many waste bin rentals to go with this very unprofessional company
Excellent customer service. Bin was delivered and picked up on schedule. Highly recommend.
If I can negative star, I will do. The driver of the truck hit the my house while he is unloading the bin on the driveway. He damaged the garage door, garage frame & the siding on top of the garage. I contacted the company and every time they say yes we will fix it but it has been a month and no one came to have a look to fix anything and leaving my house with damage over $10,000
