Wonderful service from maple air every single year! I purchased my furnace and Ac from them in 2007 and since then they have only gotten better and with the upgraded management system we truly look forward referring them to all friend and family.
used Maple air for fireplace, furnace amd air conditoner. I has some delays on Napolpen order but my oversl experoence woth Maple Air was wonderfull. Reza was my sales rep and he was a very professional and polite individual.
Brought all my paper work alpng woth my rebates and he personally set up my fireplace.

The website advertises emergency repair services which is untrue. We had an issue where we had a potential gas leak through a gas fireplaces and so the gas to our entire house was shut off (so we had no heating or hot water) the earliest they were able to book an appointment was over 10 days away. They do not offer emergency services.
Maple air provided our house with a fireplace and furnace. Farshid was our installer and we were very happy with his approach and company's service. We recommend them to whoever is looking for a heating and cooling services.

I had my Furnace and AC replaced by Maple Air and the sales person helped me choose the right equipments for my house. The installation was clean and efficient and they came for post inspection and follow up which was a pleasure.
BUYER BEWARE!! Purchased a A/C & Furnace in 2009. I called today asking for a service call since my A/C unit was not working. Was told that because I didn't have the unit maintained by them yearly that the labour portion of the warranty was null and void. It says in the contract that someone may call us to schedule a yearly maintenance from Maple Air but no one ever did and no one told us that we should call them. That was never made clear to us after they installed the unit and took our money.
On-site technician was NOT responsible for his work. After purchase and installation of their product, problem still exist. They don't care unless you pay more for them to come and check on the installation. Very disappointed! Never hire them again.
