Sales person from Milano Window comes over on June 23rd and does all the measuring for a French Patio Door. We order a custom 60" french Patio door and give a $500,00 deposit. 4 weeks later no door, they never orderd it. now 8 weeks later they delivered the wrong size. Apparently all our fault.Door was supose to be installed 4 weeks after ordering. in the end we find out from the Installers that the wall would collapse because there is not enough Brick left to support the lentil. NOT RECOMENDED!

This is not a fair review, as we never did any work for this client. The long wait was due to the customer's request to obtain permission from the city, which she apparently never has (that was the reason for the wait). Once we understood that the client wanted to go ahead, we ordered the door and when we came to do the installation, we realized that we cannot proceed in a safe manner. This job involves cutting through bricks and siding that would compromise the house structure. One way to have done it properly and safely was to insert a lintel into the client's closet - a solution to which the client refused. We therefore decided to refund the client's deposit and cancel the job. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to the client and wish her well.
