I have been using the washing machine and dryer in my building for several years, but on August 22, I did laundry and a expensive pillow got damage. To date I have been waiting for a refund to purchase the pillow.
An email was sent showing a picture, I received a reply stating the the pillow was too large for the machine. This was a standard pillow. Why is it that Sparkles does not want to be accountable for the damage that happens from the washing machine? All I need is to be reimbursed
