ZERO star. Midtown appraisal was hired by a mortgage company I was using, this company contacted me and communication was good initially, but After I paid for the inspection they NEVER replied to my query and DESPITE ASKING MULTIPLE TIMES for a receipt or paid invoice I NEVER GOT IT. for my understanding if you paid for something legit you should be able to get a receipt. This is The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company I have dealt with. People BEWARE, they will take your money then ignore you!!
