    Extremely rude customer service

    Had a terrible experience here! Pre-registered online/completed waiver ahead of my first class. Took a wrong turn on the way to the class and walked in to the studio at 7:48, 3 minutes after the start time. I politely apologized for my lateness and explained what had happened. The owner rudely informed me that I would not be allowed to join my friend in class as I would disturb the whole class by simply walking in and unrolling my mat in the corner, would not deal with him again for any reason.

    We appreciate your feedback. Our members have been clear that they do not like it when we allow people into the classes late. As an instructor, when a student walks in late, it throws off our train of thought, and can be a distraction. This is why we have posted above our schedule: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class. Class starts at the time listed, latecomers will not be permitted in. if a student is running behind and calls us, we will post pone starting.

    not my cup of wheat grass

    My car detailer is across the street so I walked in to check it out and bought a pass for me and my wife. She can write her own review but she did not like it and will not be returning. I thought it was okay but ive never done yoga before. it was to hot but that could be personal. Nighttime teacher was confusing and to fast. I could not try another time as I work so I was stuck with the same girl every time I went. This ticked me off. Floor stunk like dirty mops. I know as my nose touched it.

    Hi SamBuck, As the new studio owner, I've implemented a policy on the heat, which has reduced how hot some teachers were running classes. Please send me an email at info at redwoodhotyoga.com and I'll put a free pass on yours and your wife's account if you'd like to try it again. I can also check your account to see who's class you took to give the teacher the feedback you've given, if they still teach for us.

    STAY AWAY!

    I love yoga & this place was awful! Just finished 2 weeks unlimited. *Room smells like mold *Floor was always dirty *Teachers were mediocre. One kept saying to bless yourself for being on your mat & would not stop talking *Overhead front desk & (maybe?) owner laughing at a teacher & even about some students!! *A member told me the times keep changing & many are looking elsewhere Expensive ($145 per month!) and NOT WORTH 1/2 OF THAT! Id rather go to Bikram and I hate Bikram! Go anywhere else!
