Extremely rude customer service
Had a terrible experience here! Pre-registered online/completed waiver ahead of my first class. Took a wrong turn on the way to the class and walked in to the studio at 7:48, 3 minutes after the start time. I politely apologized for my lateness and explained what had happened. The owner rudely informed me that I would not be allowed to join my friend in class as I would disturb the whole class by simply walking in and unrolling my mat in the corner, would not deal with him again for any reason.

We appreciate your feedback. Our members have been clear that they do not like it when we allow people into the classes late. As an instructor, when a student walks in late, it throws off our train of thought, and can be a distraction. This is why we have posted above our schedule: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class. Class starts at the time listed, latecomers will not be permitted in. if a student is running behind and calls us, we will post pone starting.
