The staff were very patient and nice to work with. They had most all of our parts in stock and made it a pleasant experience.
Weekend parts crew is horrible, even if they have your part in stock they cant find it. I drive an hour to Guelph and leave empty handed every time. Even a stupid oil filter is impossible for these kids to look up. The older lady who looks like she knows what shes doing just knows how to blow you off for good. Went today for a chain which was in stock, again they can't find it. Last couple of years this store has been completely useless. Never going back.. seems like what they want
In the Woodland Store today, returning some apparel that I had bought on line and didn't fit me and returned no problem and was looking new riding jacket and pants and received assistance from Lori ,who was extremely, funny, helpful and knowledgeable, great experience overall, she also helped my wife to spend more of my money (LOL) to purchase a inflatable kayak and life jackets
I bought a part for my snowmobile which did not preform as I expected. I contacted the company and expressed my concern. The company was fantastic to deal with and went way beyond what I expected to ensure I was happy. I was very impressed. Their customer service is fantastic. Thank you!
Excellent help today from Lori. This was a much better experience than a few years ago. An older more knowledgeable staff will have me back to visit this location. She fit me into a size 34 over a size 36! Feels great to have protection in some riding jeans.
Horrible company. Had trouble placing an online order as item was coming up more expensive in my cart than advertised price. Called 1-800 to place order, guy on the other end could care less about talking to me, stated they were $39.99, I told him website states $29.88 and they were in my cart at $44.99. He would not honour price on website.

Twice drove an hour to Guelph for a windshield for my 2017 Polaris ranger 500 side by side never did get the right one and nobody seemed concerned. I work in farm equipment parts department many times larger and that just isn't allowed to happen. Someone higher up right to the top would be available to find the right part. I know because it has happened.
people behind parts counter more than helpful in placing my order and walking me through the store locating other items. Clothing area little in disarray regarding gender and sizes. On line ordering simple and straight forward, also received a follow-up call on my needs.(Guelph store)
Wish i could give them -10. One of the worst establishments, no poeple skills and terrible customer serivce. Inflated prices, terrible service, and miserable staff. I hope they take this as room for improvement.
Love this place!!they always have pretty much everything in stock to keep us going,staff is well educated.we buy all the kids winter coats,gloves ,boots here ,they last years and stay warm,not like department store garbage.
Yep service is pathetically poor here. Literally just got off the phone asking about adding extension cables to boost my battery without having to remove the seat and accessories. I was told it is only for "battery tenders". I said dont worry what Im connecting it to as long as it has water proof sealed connections thats all I am looking for. I was given attitude and was told if I dont have a "battery tender" then why am I asking. Absolutely Horrible customer service skills
After paying for express shipping (2 weeks!!) and being advised after completing payment that they didn't have what i ordered (which caused the delivery delay) they made no effort to refund my payment for the express shipping after i requested It. Products are quality but i will never use them again.
