Ruffin's Pet Centre

The young lady with dark hair is ruining you.Her attitude and customer service are poor to long time customers.

There was only 3 choices for beta fish. I picked the better of the 3. The water quality for the fish was disturbing. Brown. I was charged 7.99 when there isnt even a price for 7.99 on the shelf. It was either 12.99, 14.99 or 5.99. The fish I picked was 5.99. I previously purchased a beta back in march and it looked so much nicer than this one. It would be great if you actually looked after the quality of life of your fish and animals.

I've been a customer at the Ruffins location for 25 years.Alot of change over In staff.Currently the employee's are the best the store has ever had.Your always welcomed and greeted with a curteous smile, your asked how they can help you today, exemplorary service..all staff are knowledgeable, polite, treat you like a human being. Great staff, they should all be given a raise. The store itself has some overpriced items. The Dog grooming department is wonderful, excellent work,!

Amazing experience-highly recommend

I had an amazing experience at Rufffins Pet Centre, the staff are very attentive and always ask if they can help you. There is no running around searching for someone to help you, they are always right there to help. This specific location doesn't have much selection for what I look for but overall it's not bad. I always take my dog to buy big bones and the staff love my dog. Great experience at this location, would highly recommend.

I take my girls there for grooming and TIM is the absolute best. I also noticed how attentive the staff are and assist those who need help, even with the clipping of their cats claws. Great team working there.
