I have been using Active Lock for over 5 years. Rob has come to the rescue on many occasions when our establishment was temporarily vulnerable. Highly recommend Rob because of his knowledge, and his availability. We have a large number of rooms
Great professional and immediate service. They exceeded my expectations and we are very grateful for the help we received. It was a stressful situation but was resolved quickly when I phoned Active Lock and Safe.
After driving for 2+ hours from the GTA and failing to remedy my RV deadbolt problem on my own, I contacted them @ 2:30 on Friday afternoon and by 3:15 I was in the trailer and installing a new lock. Rob and Tess were lifesavers. 100% sure I would call again if in need of any lock related assistance.
last week the house door shut behind me as I went into the garage and locked behind me. usally this wouldn't be a big deal. However it was 5pm and my 15 year old dog was now locked in and I couldn't get to her and at her age she needs a lot of care. After I clamed down and wondered what would I do, Tess's name popped into my head from active lock,called her around 5:45pm told her what happened. Said she would send someone right away. Within the hour they were at my door. thanks for a great job

Beware! Not recommended! Bad mouthed all other companies in the phone book, and hiked the price 3x because it was 430 on a Friday, "24 hour service"? Yeah right. They also would not come out without getting a credit card number over the phone, even when I explained that I had locked everything I own inside my vehicle and I was in Huntsville. Ended up getting a different company to help with no hassle at all, and at a FRACTION of the price they quoted. They thought had me over a barrel, and tried to exploit it at the first opportunity. Min $350 to get a vehicle unlocked, ridiculous! Be careful if they are your only option, however there are other companies in Huntsville that are actually 24 hour emergency service that are much better in my opinion.

Slander. It is a sad way to try & compete. We are not interested in doing business this way. We would not have 2 service trucks on the road doing government buildings, banks, OPP, Courthouses & Hospitals if this were the case. This alone is a testament to the quality & professionalism to be expected with our service. Carrying WSIB, $5M liability insurance & police criminal record verification & being in business over 10 years now, we have never offered vehicle lockout service. We have always recommended towing services for this. There is no truth to this tale that is supposedly written by a Steve B?
