Dairy Lane Dental, Dr. Shervin Rowshani & Associates

I will never go back to Dairy Lane Dental. The dentist did a very poor job of fixing my teeth. I have had to get his work re-done within a 1 year period. I had explained my dissatisfaction with the new owner and he told me that the dentist had moved to Parry Sound and that I would need to deal with him directly. He was prepared to give me a 10% discount to redo the poor work. I had paid a few thousand dollars. I went to another dentist and am happy that I did. Customer service is not good here.

My experience at Dairy Lane Dental has always been excellent over the past 20 some years, through extractions, fillings, bridges, removal of mercury from fillings, cleanings,and special laser treatment of gums. I highly recommend Dr. Shervin and Stacey. I would not go anywhere else.

Unfortunately you will have to know a thing or two about your own dental situation or call around yourself to other dentists for a second opinion for fear of not getting the timely help you need from them.In my experience,they didnt give sound advice nor act when they should have for a satisfactory outcome.I personally felt that they did not care because they didnt bother to call me back after telling me they would but left me hanging not knowing what to do. And with a sore tooth thats not fun!
