I attended this clinic in Beaverbrook and was very pleased with my results of skin revitalization and removal of spider veins, rosacea on my face. All staff were very polite and professional. I highly recommend this clinic.

I attended this clinic in Beaverbrook and was very pleased with my results of skin revitalization and removal of spider veins, rosacea on my face. All staff were very polite and professional. I highly recommend this clinic.
I have not experienced any rude treatment - when I manage to reach someone they are usually professional. HOWEVER, the frustration is that there is no email address, no voice-mail option, and the online booking tool doesn't work and doesn't' allow cancellations. I have been trying to change an appt. due to Covid exp. but the phone has been ringing for 1:27! They are supposed to be open till 8pm but I can't get through. I don't want to be charged if I miss the appointment!
I’m disappointed with their service. Total disrespectful approach to the clients. Very poor service. The worst clinic ever.
Wait times on the phone are ridiculous. I seriously can't believe the state of our health care. How can dealing with unfriendly, unknowledgeable staff who leave you on hold for 45 minutes be good for anyone's health?
Ladies at desk are rude and not caring, my physiotherapist is great. I had the wrong time , I was there at 8 and they just let me sit there , I went and ask if physio was in and they said they don’t open til 9 and that they do see their cars, never mentioned anything when I check in, just said go over there. Very rude and not helpful.
General practitioners who do not believe their patients are in pain or who refute their patients claims and stone wall them for months or years is appalling. A doctor from here has been trying get me to cease all medical treatment and medical intervention that has improved the quality of my life, and suggested a prescribed medication instead for reasons other than its invented use. This clinic will not call you to inform you if your doctor can not make their medical appointment with you.
They are impossible to get ahold of. So many Doctors, and good ones. Behind a few admin staff that NEVER answer the phone. Have been there for years as no other choice. I can call 40+ times a day. No answer and no message option. I have driven over to book an apt and it was faster. No phones ringing while I am in there. Something is disconnected. You can’t get to the Doctors.
Dr. Watson is a knowledgeable doctor and a really nice man. Listens well and takes the time to fully explain medical issues.
Good place, I don’t grasp why there are so many bad reviews they were nice, positive bright up, peeps
Very poor service. I was very happy to get a family doctor, but they are awful here. Did not book my newborn in for her shots and check ups in timely manor, when I got pregnant again they said they couldn’t see me for 2 months and when I was sick and pregnant they were too busy. Not sure who takes priority in their office, but it’s certainly not pregnant women or babies.
Very hard to book an apt. Been calling for three days now, no voicemail and they don’t pick up. As well, the online tool to book an appoint does not work, as my Dr. Does not have any availability according to the tool. Very frustrating.
Some staff here are very insensitive, they do not care about patients. I am very disappointed about the answer I was given when I called them in last 2 days. Asking to see any Dr. (if mine is not available) at any time before I go to General on Nov 18. She said other Dr. cant review your test result and your GP is fully booked. I had told her I cant sleep at nights as I am very worried. My GP said other Dr will be there after hours if I cant see her but that is not what the stall is telling me
No stars. My family just became his patients out of desperation. We are new to Ontario. Dr. Iain Watson is negligent of his patients. My adult disabled-non neurotypical son has had sever depression this past year. We saw a psychiatrist at the local mental health service who wrote instructions for a prescription to stabilize his mood. That was 3 months ago. Watson still hasn’t reviewed the file and his office (when the answer the phone) gives me a different excuse every time. He is incompetent
Terrible customer service, extremely rude admin/reception staff. No consideration or care and they treat patients in a very cold manner. So disappointing coming from a medical/health clinic considering many people have ailments, sicknesses, in pain and are already in a vulnerable state.
If the site provided an option for 0, that is what this clinic should be getting. The staff here are totally unprofessional and there are 4 of them at any time just at the reception, all with a burnt face any time of the day. Horrible customer service. Though I have my family physician, I avoid this place as much as I can. Time to look for a new family physician, rather than enriching that doctors pockets by being on her patients list.
can never get through to reception i was sitting in the lobby and the phone was ringing and all the receptionist just sat there ive been calling since 830 am this morning and they will not answer the phone
My pharmacist faxed a request for the renewal of my blood pressure medication. When the next day there was no response, I called the clinic to find out what was going on, just to hear that the request was sent yesterday only. I was assured that the new prescription would be issued the same day. It never happened. Generally, the staff in this clinic are rude, condescending and uncooperative. It takes forever to get a referral. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bertrand for over 25 years. He has always been excellent in diagnosis and treatment. Highly recommended.
Doctor rarely has the time to listen to me during my scheduled appointments. Clinic also made a mistake in one of my referrals and failed to correct it when was sent back to them, delaying critical care by over a year. A harrowing experience that endangered my health. Don't risk yours
Worst Front desk ever. Won't change, they've been this way since day 1. Rude, loud (shout your info to the whole waiting area). Not helpful. THey'll sit there yacking while the phones are ringing away. Need to book 2 weeks in advance for semi emergencies. Can only do that online as they don't answer the phones or take them off hook.
