Still waiting 2 months after instalation for hardware. Have now followed up twice. Have paid in full for partial product
I was very impressed. Called them at 4:50 pm on a Sunday because our garage door refused to open and the car was stuck inside. They treated the situation with the proper level of urgency and showed up promptly at 7 am the following day (they offered to come immediately but let us know that since they were already closed it would cost a lot more). He had the door open by 7:30, so I didn't have to take the bus to work.
Terrible customer service. Says "we will call you" and they do not, I waited weeks. This happened three times. I had to chase Door Doctor to get work done. Also, as a new client, do not go to Door Doctor unless you know that your garage door is THEIR door. Otherwise, they will show up (at a minimum rate of $75 per hour) and begin repairing your door, but if they do not have a specific piece, they WILL NOT GO OUT AND GET IT. They refuse to buy "the competitor"s piece. Funny though how they don't refuse to do the labour and get paid for repairing the competitor's door. Surprise surprise, the work is half done, they say they will come back with the proper piece (which they do not do), and you've paid them in full. Not doing business with them ever again.
