John Shaver has been the manager at the Barriefield since before bought here in 2008. I have never dealt with a worse individual in my life. You cannot trust any word coming from his mouth; he makes up his replies on the fly. He once told me that injunctions were an American law concept that did not exist in Canada. He provided corporate documents (General ledger) with whole non confidential sections removed. ALWAYS double check anything he says or writes or better, stay away from him.

Some of the best work that I have seen in all my years of being an owner in my building. Comes to every board meeting, takes notes from every owner, provides accurate financial statements, fixes any problem with absolute urgency, and so much more. When there was a leak in our unit at the building he had the plumber there in 20 minutes, and the problem was fixed within the hour. This is the quality of work you only get with the very best. Would seriously recommend to everyone.
