I asked the owner to come over for an estimate. When I asked about the warranty, the dude appeared to be annoyed and basically said it might crack within the next day or next year and he has none control over it whatsoever. He also said that they do not mix their own concrete but only do the installation so they do not have any quality control over the concrete they are using. I was quoted for 15k to get his crack on next day concrete driveway and his attitude was disgustingly rude and arrogant.
Thanks for your "feedback" , the story you are trying to tell is total fabrication and out of context. Whatever, we all have opinions.We can live with yours. We were trying to educate you about concrete based on your questions.. Didn't work. No problem, .27 years of successful concrete installations in KW is telling the true story.. Beautiful Work
Golden Shield did a beautiful job on our exposed aggregate driveway, front walk and steps up to the porch. They were friendly and completed the work professionally and efficiently. The customer was always their top priority. Thanks for beautifying our home.
