    This particular agency does not care about their customers.They leave way too much unexplained.We had never booked a trip before and they took advantage of that.Because of their incompetence I am now forced to take a trip that I do not want and they will not help me with that.They basically do't care.I DO NOT recommend that anyone use this place and I will NEVER use them again.My experience was worse than horrible.Worst travel agency ever,I give them a minus 10
