In 1999, Bert Morrow, President of Intravision, had 'a vision for the future', and designed the concept of a 'one stop' employment service for work seekers to 'get ontrac' in their job search. ontrac's delivery of service is 'targeting rural area communities' and is staffed by professional employment and career counsellors, employment specialists and certified career practitioners.The ontrac employment resource centre in Arnprior has been providing employment services since 2000, with ontrac in Smiths Falls providing the same employment services since 2002.In 2010, ontrac was selected by Employment Ontario/Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities to deliver the 'full suite' of Employment Services as part of the Employment Ontario Network. In addition to the ontrac Employment Resource Services, Intravision was also awarded the Employment Ontario contract to deliver the Targeted Initiative for Older Workers (TIOW) program for Lanark County in 2010.
