    I have bought 2 new furnaces, one for a rental property and am very pleased. When my own furnace died I received 3 heaters on loan to use rather than sleep in a cold house. Any phone calls I have made were answered or called back very soon. Lia-Mai on Princess Ave

    Very unprofessional! They need to get staff educated on products and warrantys before promising customers something thats not legit!
