Dirty and not a good area.

Worst place you could possibly live, the streets have less bugs, only good thing about this apartment is heat. The place is crawling with roaches, SEVERAL complaints and still no action has been taken. Oven broke and shocked us while turning off, sparks flying everywhere. Fuse box buzzing, lights flicker. Complaints about this and its been shrugged off. Holes in the hallways where people stuff their garbage. Exposed wires. Elevator breaking constantly (11floors..) just pitch a tent n save ur $.

Lived here to long ,keep saying were going to move but on fixed income the rent is fairly reasonable compared to whats out there in London ! Sense been here had many staff turn over ,but the latest one is by far the worst .The person who looks after lol the building management ,dosnt and has no problem twisting things to fit whatever need be when things are neglected and not followed through . Nothing is fixed as there is one person who looks after the 3 highrise buildings,pests roaches bed bg

Dump, future ghetto, infestation, parking sucks, staff suck, run, fast run, don't look back

I highly discourage anyone from living here. I chose this place as a student and it appealed to me due to it being fairly cheap and yet seemed to be decent looking (my unit was recently renovated). Not only were the office staff very rude and unprofessional throughout my entire tenancy, it is impossible to get anything fixed in your unit. The elevators break frequently, the whole building is dirty and unmaintained and all three buildings have pest issues. Continue your search, you can do better

Live here only if you have to

The units are alright but the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbours breathing. Oh, and they take weeks to fix their laundry units, which break often, and you cannot have your own units in your building. So if you have children or a job that produces a lot of laundry, this is probably a poor choice for you. Also, lots of fighting/yelling/arguing amongst families in this building. Management shrugged their shoulders when they learned of the laundry issue as if it is a regular occurrence.
