Regal Alterations

I took a pair of pants in because the zipper split. Regal Alterations had my pants for a week. The sewed in a zipper that was over an inch shorter than the orginal the thread that was used was competely the wrong colour and also it looked like the person that sewed in the zipper was learning how to use the sewing machine. Very poorly done and I am very disappointed in the workmanship

I had several garments ruined. Two skirts were taken in at the waist and now they bunch up at the seams. A pair of expensive pants (that were part of a 3 piece suit) were taken in at the waist and now they have fabric bubbles around the seams and the waist is too tight. She tried to fix the mistakes but was incapable. They cannot be repaired by anyone else since they were botched up so badly so had to throw out them out. She can do basic hems, but I would take other alterations elsewhere.
