Long story short... they started out seemingly helpful, but I later found out they were disorganized, and have poor communication. They told me they needed info but not what info. I ask at least 3x. They wouldnt return emails sometimes. Took 3 months to do my taxes and they never ended up getting done. I have to go with another accountant. Kris taught me what I needed to have and do but then couldn't finish the job for some reason. Quite disappointed.
