    A Job Done EXCELLENT!!

    We hired both of these gentlemen for a few different projects now and I have to say A Job Done EXCELLENT!! The first project was our deck and I have to tell you what a solid piece of work this is. I truly believe the house will be gone before the deck is! These guys are on time and arrive the day that they tell you they will. I would definelty not say that they are overpriced. We recieved our estimate and when our job was completed the bill was the same price as the estimate, which we all know is not always the norm when using a contractor there always seem to be "hidden fees". So again thank you A Job Done Well!! I would recommend you to anyone! And will definetly be calling you for our next project.

    My wife and I, after trying to decide on who to hire for a remodel of our living room, decided to contact Jim and his right hand man Brad of A Job Done Well. They did not disappoint. From greeting us with honesty and a sense of appreciation of hiring them, right to the end of the remodel with their integrity of their pricing and high quality professional workmanship. They're very knowledgeable craftsmen who want to make you happy and truly take pride in their work.     Overpriced

    Had them over to give us a quote for our fencing project. Not only were they double the price, they also gave way less of a warranty compared to many other fencing companies. Would not recommend

    We are an honest, legitimate, licensed, and insured company and we recognize the importance of being competitive. We also believe that price is only one factor in deciding who to hire to do work on your home. Five adjoining property owners requested a quote to build fencing. Four of five property owners accepted our quote and wanted to move forward on the project. One property owner attempted to get a lower price by telling us “all contractors are crooks” and that he already had a quote for 50% less than we quoted. We offered to re-quote on a lower cost fence style if his budget could not accommodate the style that all neighbours had already agreed on. He claimed his lower quote was for exactly the same fence as we quoted. This was impossible since the materials alone exceeded the price this neighbour had for materials and labour from another company so we withdrew our quote and our offer to build fencing on these properties. One neighbour later showed us the other quote and as we suspected it was not for the same fencing style as we had quoted. 6 months after our original quote the fences were still not built by the other company that offered the 50% lower price. Had we known that we would not actually have to build these fences, perhaps our price could have been lower. We regret that the other neighbours have had to go another season without fencing.
